Client Brief
Converge, a second-hand bookstore in Roma, Mexico City, sought branding and a visual identity reflecting its welcoming, curious, and connective nature. Serving as a community hub for creative and sustainability-minded locals, the space houses a coffee shop and hosts events like readings, panel discussions, and cocktail hours. Converge’s brand logo needed to be more conceptual and nuanced versus a literal representation of books.

Concept
A space for people to connect over stories, Converge is symbolized by an abstract logo combining a representation of books and an open-sided room—a bookspace. The versatile patterns of bookspaces and curled book pages reflect the concept of people converging to gather together at a common meeting point for connection and community. A warm color palette and literary typography suit the bookstore’s welcoming atmosphere.
